A Fourtuitous Appearance!

Written by Emily

Today, Fourtuitous is being featured on Scary Mommy! That’s right, folks, the Jill Smokler, founder of  scarymommy.com and The Scary Mommy Thanksgiving Project is making room for Fourtuitous, and I couldn’t be more excited. In fact, I’ve been doing a twerking Dougie hybrid since she gave us the green light on our piece: “15 Things Experienced Moms Really Want to Tell New Moms.” I would love for you to head on over there and say, “Hi!” and maybe something like, “I’ve never read such a pertinent, important piece in all my life. You have a gift the likes of which I’ve never seen before.” Or something.

If you’re visiting from Scary Mommy, thanks so much for stopping by! Welcome!

I hope you stay awhile and come back to see us soon. Here are some Fourtuitous favs to get you acquainted.

  1. You hit that one out of the park! We have a woman in our group that just had a baby… and we are all sitting back waiting… cause she’s about to wake up and smell the poop and we will smile in glee as the real world hits her… then we will step in and let her know that we forgive her and that I have a 15 year old and just this weekend found 5 water bottles and 3 french fries under his seat in the car!

  2. I also enjoy the Parenting PE posts, but could I possibly be biased? When I visited scarymommy and tried to comment I got a message that we were commenting too fast. That can only be good! I love the post, and especially appreciate that humor nurtures compassion in your writing. What a gift!

  3. Going to check your awesome self out over there now 🙂
